UMF Manuka Honey is highly effective in maintaining digestive health because it works against bacteria in the digestive tract. The Colostrum provides ongoing protection so the bacteria doesn't reappear.
Colostrum comes from cow's milk and is collected once a cow delivers her calf. Its main function is to transfer immunity from mother to offspring. Essentially, Colostrum is made up of fatty acids, proteins and carbohydrates that produce energy and growth. It also contains many biologically active substances which stimulate muscle growth and metabolism. Importantly, Colostrum has high protein, vitamin, and mineral levels and is low in lactose (milk sugar).
Both the Colostrum and the UMF® Manuka honey have been freeze dried to retain the highest quality properties.

(per tablet) MGO 400 Manuka Honey powder - 125mg, Colostrum - 375 mg. Tabletting aids.
Directions for use:
We recommend to take 2 to 3 capsules twice per day, but the amount will vary from person to person. If you are recovering from an injury you may prefer to start with a higher dose. Also, if you feel a cold or flu coming on, you may prefer to increase your dose to help recover more quickly and relieve your symptoms.
